Why is Elastica unique? |

It contains a patented active ingredient proven by very detailed research to enhance the quality of skin dermal
fibroblasts. This data is being published in a leading medical research journal for dermatologists.

What is the active ingredient of Elastica? |
|
It consists of a group of small peptides (42) produced through a precisely monitored chemical digestion of highly purified
elastin obtained from the bovine neck ligament. We call the peptide mixture HEP for hydrophilic elastin peptides.

How does Elastica work? |
|
There are peptides in the mix that have hormonal activity towards skin cells (keratinocytes and fibroblasts) causing them to
enhance their production of the messenger RNA necessary for deposition of new elastic fibers in the skin. One of these
peptides is VVPQ, also known as V2PQ.

How will Elastica improve my facial skin? |
|
Numerous testimonials indicate that the quality and youthfulness of skin, particularly facial skin, improves dramatically
through regular daily use of Elastica. Many of our users feel that twice daily application of our product (early morning
and bedtime) is essential for maintenance of their skin health.

Why does Elastica cost so much? |
|
Our manufacturing process, done only by our highly trained chemists and technicians, requires over 2 weeks of purification,
fractionation and concentration to bring the HEP to a state where it can be incorporated into the cream bases specially
formulated for our product. Over 2 years of research went into perfecting these cream bases. The final product is
produced and packaged in a GMP-certified laboratory.

How is Elastica supplied? |
|
Elastica is supplied as a cream, both moisturized and oil free, and as a lotion. The concentration of the active
ingredient in the lotion is about half that of the creams.

How long will it be before I see an effect from Elastica? |
|
Most of our users report that they begin to see an effect within 3 weeks of use. We recommend a twice-daily application
of the cream to the face. The lotion is designed for use on other portions of the body and should be used at least twice
daily as well.

What about an Elastica patch? |
|
We are currently working with a leading patch manufacturer on production of a patch that contains about the same concentration
of HEP as our lotion. This patch is being designed for nightly application over areas that need special treatment such as
"crows feet" at the corners of the eye and mouth. We expect it to be available sometime in early 2004.
